Rule of Growth is a luxury real estate performance marketing agency working with premium developers, channel partners and realtors across Bangalore, Kolkata and Dubai. We are hiring 2 SEO Specialists for our Kolkata office.

Urgent hiring: immediate joiners preferred (notice period up to 15 days).

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on SEO

Location: Kolkata (Onsite, Full time)

Reports to: Founder & CEO

Key Responsibilities:

- Own SEO strategy and execution for multiple real estate client websites and our own domains
- Run on-page, off-page and technical SEO audits and implement fixes
- Optimise website and blog content for target keywords and search intent
- Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile for developer clients across cities
- Plan and execute link building campaigns
- Track and report SEO performance in terms of traffic and leads
- Coordinate with content,



performance marketing and web development teams
- Handle SEO for several live client projects at the same time

Skills Required:

- On-page SEO: meta tags, headers, internal linking, content optimisation
- Technical SEO: site audits, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, page speed
- Google Search Console and GA4
- Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest or similar
- Keyword research and competitor analysis

- WordPress (basic HTML/CSS preferred)
- Multi-location local SEO and link building

- Strong written English
- Real estate experience is a strong plus
