Role Description The SEO Executive will be responsible for improving JobBricks’ online visibility and organic search performance through data-driven SEO strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, performing regular SEO and technical audits, and implementing link-building initiatives.

The role also involves collaborating with content and marketing teams, monitoring analytics, tracking rankings, and preparing performance reports with actionable recommendations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad,



requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams to support traffic growth and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Candidates should possess solid On-Page SEO skills, including optimization of meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
- Candidates should possess experience in Link Building, including outreach, relationship management, and maintaining high-quality backlink profiles.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support overall visibility and complement organic search efforts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field are preferred.
