Orbitouch Outsourcing Private Limited provides recruitment and outsourcing solutions to businesses. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented SEO & Content Writer who can improve our online visibility, create engaging content, and drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies.

Job Overview The candidate will be responsible for developing SEO-friendly content, optimizing website pages, conducting keyword research, and implementing content strategies to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Management

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
- Optimize website pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
- Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority.

2. Content Writing

- Write SEO-friendly blogs, articles, website content, landing pages, and service descriptions.
- Create engaging content for recruitment, HR, outsourcing, and background verification services.
- Develop content aligned with target keywords, search intent, and business objectives.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, readability, originality, and grammatical correctness.
- Update existing content to improve SEO performance and engagement.
- Use AI writing tools effectively while ensuring content quality, originality, and a natural tone.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track website traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to measure performance.




- Prepare regular SEO and content performance reports.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and content marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or certification in Digital Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and content writing.
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar SEO platforms.
- Basic understanding of WordPress and website content management.
- Ability to research topics independently and meet deadlines.

- Improvement in organic website traffic and keyword rankings.
- Quality and consistency of published content.
- Growth in website impressions, clicks, and organic leads.
- Improvement in existing page performance and content engagement.
- Timely completion of SEO activities and content deliverables.
