Senior Domestic Travel Advisor

Purpose: Own the full journey for premium domestic holidays, from first enquiry to return, so clients book with confidence and come back.

Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries for luxury domestic travel: Rajasthan, Kerala, Himachal, Kashmir, Andaman, Goa, Northeast and wildlife circuits
- Understand the client's family, budget and occasion, then design a tailored itinerary and quotation
- Negotiate and coordinate with luxury hotels, resorts, DMCs, drivers and experience providers
- Prepare transparent, branded proposals and close bookings with payment follow-up
- Stay reachable during travel and resolve on-trip issues quickly
- Collect feedback and drive repeat and referral business
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets set in your KRAs

Requirements

- 4 to 7 years in domestic leisure travel sales,



with at least 2 years in premium or luxury packages
- First-hand knowledge of top domestic destinations and the property tiers within them
- Proven track record of closing high-value (₹2 lakh and above) bookings
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi
- Strong costing skills in Excel and comfort with CRM tools

Good to have

- Existing network of hotel and DMC contacts
- Experience in wildlife or soft-adventure travel

Key outcomes (first 12 months)
- Monthly sales target and conversion rate agreed at joining
- Client satisfaction and repeat-booking rate
- Proposal turnaround time within 3 hours of enquiry
