About the role

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to connect with prospective buyers over the phone, understand their requirements, and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.

Responsibilities

- Call new leads and enquiries, and follow up with interested customers
- Present our residential projects, pricing, and offers confidently
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right option
- Close site visit appointments and support the sales team in conversions
- Keep daily call and lead records updated

Requirements

- Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills
- 1-3 years of telesales or inside sales experience (strong freshers may apply)
- Fluent in Hindi; working English is a plus
- Target-driven, confident, and positive at follow-ups

What we offer

- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month, based on experience
