Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our facilities services team in India. This role demands a proactive individual with extensive technical expertise to oversee, maintain, and enhance the operational efficiency of our facility infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This position requires strong leadership capabilities, the ability to work collaboratively across departments, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service within a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems within the facility.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of outsourced maintenance and repair work.
- Implement and monitor compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance,



and service reports for audit and analysis purposes.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with facility management and other departments to plan and execute facility upgrades and improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure availability and optimal usage.
- Support emergency response efforts by providing technical expertise during facility incidents or breakdowns.
