Job Brief : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Technician specializing in fire safety systems to join our facilities services team in India. This role demands a highly skilled qualified responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire detection and suppression systems across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with national fire safety regulations and company standards, lead technical troubleshooting efforts, and provide mentorship to junior technicians.

This position requires a proactive approach to risk management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of fire safety within diverse facilities.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm and suppression systems in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections of fire safety equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance with Indian fire safety codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults in fire detection and suppression systems, implementing effective corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, ensuring documentation accuracy for audits and compliance purposes.




- Collaborate with facility management and safety officers to develop and update fire safety procedures and emergency response plans.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on technical skills, safety practices, and company policies related to fire safety systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and regulatory authorities during inspections, certifications, and system upgrades.
- Monitor inventory levels of fire safety equipment and recommend procurement to maintain adequate stock for maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Stay updated with the latest fire safety technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to continuously improve service quality.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies during all fire safety operations and maintenance activities.
