We’re looking for an exceptional recruiter who can personally find, call, assess and hire talented people—and use AI and automation to make their recruiting more effective.

This is a hands-on recruitment role. Your primary responsibility is to fill positions with excellent candidates. You will spend a substantial part of your time sourcing people, making outbound calls, conducting screening interviews, following up and helping candidates move from their first conversation through to joining.

Alongside this, you should be comfortable using tools such as Cursor to build practical automations that help you achieve more.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Babaclick is an international e-commerce business hiring across software engineering, AI content creation and business operations.

We want someone who takes ownership of finding the right people. You should be comfortable approaching candidates who haven’t applied, picking up the phone, asking thoughtful questions and explaining why an opportunity is worth considering.

You should also have the technical curiosity and ability to improve how recruitment gets done: reducing repetitive administration, organising candidate pipelines and building useful workflows.

Your main measure of success will be the quality of the people you hire.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Personally source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms,



referrals, communities and targeted research.
- Make outbound calls, conduct live screening interviews and follow up consistently with promising candidates.
- Build relationships with strong candidates, understand their motivations and communicate our opportunities convincingly.
- Recruit for technical and non-technical roles, including software engineers, AI content creators and business operations staff.
- Work with hiring managers to understand each role, define selection criteria and assess candidates against clear requirements.
- Own the recruitment process from initial outreach through interviews, offers, acceptance and joining.
- Maintain an organised candidate pipeline and keep candidates and hiring managers informed.
- Use AI, Cursor and automation tools to improve sourcing workflows, application organisation, scheduling, follow-ups and reporting.
- Build or adapt small tools and API integrations where they solve a real recruitment problem.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- A hands-on recruiter with evidence of finding and successfully hiring solid candidates, ideally including software engineers or other technical talent.
- Someone comfortable making calls every day,



conducting live interviews and proactively approaching people.
- Strong communication and candidate assessment skills. You can look beyond a polished CV and ask questions that reveal actual capability.
- Practical experience using Cursor or comparable AI coding tools to build working tools or automations. We want to see something you have personally built or adapted.
- Enough technical understanding to discuss software projects credibly with candidates and collaborate with engineering interviewers.
- Strong ownership, organisation and follow-through. You keep the hiring process moving and stay engaged until candidates join.
- Availability to work from our Gurugram office.
