- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Handle stakeholder communication and understand hiring requirements.
- Work on niche and challenging positions.
- Ensure timely submissions and successful closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably IT hiring.
- Solid sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
