Technical Program Manager (TPM) – iHub/Square

Location: Coimbatore

1. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end service and product development initiatives at iHub/Square. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise, proven program management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across service and product development.
- Define project scope, roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align objectives and track progress.
- Mentor and guide engineering and delivery teams to improve efficiency and quality.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project governance, and delivery processes.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications A. Technical Expertise





- Hands-on experience in product and service development.
- Knowledge of programming technologies such as Java, Python, MERN Stack, or MEAN Stack.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, and automation.
- Exposure to AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Science is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and user-centered design principles.

B. Preferred Certifications Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- PRINCE2
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Equivalent project or program management certifications
