Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for aerospace and engineering roles.

- Hire for aircraft structures, stress analysis, aerodynamics, avionics, mechanical design, and systems engineering.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close niche positions.

- Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.

- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience.

- Mandatory experience in aerospace recruitment.

- Knowledge of aerospace engineering skills and talent markets.

- Solid sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
