We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience designing, building and scaling enterprise-grade software platforms.

The ideal candidate must have robust hands-on expertise in distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, enterprise integrations, AI/LLM-based applications and cloud-native technologies.

This is a hands-on architecture role requiring both strategic technical leadership and active coding.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end architecture of a scalable, multi-tenant enterprise platform.
- Design integration buses, semantic layers, AI agent runtimes, workflow engines and data storage architectures.
- Define architecture decision records, technical standards and platform design guidelines.
- Design solutions supporting high concurrency, including up to 10,000 concurrent workflow executions.
- Evaluate and select durable workflow engines, vector databases and tenancy models.
- Architect and develop critical platform components alongside engineering teams.
- Design AI-powered semantic resolution engines and agent orchestration workflows.
- Establish API contracts, event schemas, adapter contracts and workflow state-management standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical design discussions and critical code reviews.
- Implement scalable distributed systems using event-driven architecture, Kafka and durable execution patterns.
- Define security standards covering RBAC, tenant isolation, authentication, secrets management and sensitive-data protection.
- Establish non-functional requirements covering performance, scalability, disaster recovery, latency and data retention.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, enterprise stakeholders and security teams.

Required Technical Skills Enterprise & SaaS Architecture





- 15+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.

Distributed Systems

- Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Durable workflows, saga patterns and asynchronous processing.
- Idempotency, back-pressure, fault tolerance and failure recovery.

AI & Agentic Systems

- Production experience with LLM-based applications.
- LangGraph or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- LLM tool calling, agent evaluation and debugging.
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems.

Data Architecture

- Relational databases.
- In-memory data stores and caching.
- Vector databases and semantic search.
- Data modeling, consistency and scalability.

Enterprise Integrations

- REST APIs, SOAP, JDBC and file-based integrations.
- CRM, ERP and legacy-system integrations.
- API authentication, rate limiting and integration security.

Security & Compliance

- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Multi-tenant data isolation.
- Secrets management and PII protection.
- Enterprise security reviews and penetration-test remediation.

Preferred Skills
- Temporal workflow orchestration.
- Apache Camel or similar enterprise integration frameworks.




- Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
- Technical publications, conference talks or open-source contributions.

Background Verification The selected candidate must be willing to complete mandatory background verification, which may include:
