? Job Summary

Qloron Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Python Full Stack with strong hands-on Python backend development skills and exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Candidates with experience in Financial Services, Banking, BFSI, Investment Management, Financial Markets, or Capital Markets are preferred. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing enterprise-scale applications, building robust APIs, optimizing performance, and taking ownership of technical deliverables.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent frameworks.
- Develop and maintain frontend components using React, Angular, or similar up-to-date UI frameworks.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and clean coding practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and release activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
- Work effectively in Agile delivery environments and manage assigned tasks independently.
- Take accountability for technical decisions, project deliverables, and outcomes.

? Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience ,



preferably with complex enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience as the primary backend skill.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented programming, and backend application design.
- Full-stack development exposure with React, Angular, or an equivalent frontend framework.
- Strong knowledge of testing, debugging, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and production troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and drive technical tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile development, code reviews, testing, and production-quality software delivery.
