Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Relations Associate to drive and

expand our partnerships with organizations. You will play a key role in strengthening corporate

relationships, creating collaboration opportunities, and enabling hiring pathways for learners.

This role offers the chance to shape industry-academia connections and directly contribute to

Crio.Dos mission of empowering talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate partners, HR leaders, and industry

stakeholders.

- Identify and secure recent partnerships for hiring, internships, and live projects.
- Act as the primary liaison for all corporate collaborations and engagements.
- Plan and coordinate placement drives, networking sessions, and industry events.




- Understand employer needs and align them with Crio.Do’s learner talent pool.
- Negotiate and formalize MoUs, agreements, and hiring commitments.
- Track partnership outcomes, measure success, and ensure continuous engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value for both partners and learners.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in corporate relations, campus placements, partnerships, or

business development.

- Strong network with HR professionals and industry leaders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of driving partnerships and achieving targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills; ability to work independently.
- MBA/PG in Marketing, HR, or related field preferred.
