- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.
- Meet process KPIs and performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills.
