- Required Skills Experience Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud
- Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive structures, and compensation rules
- Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment
- Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS)
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports
- Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred
- Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions
- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
