About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and experienced Senior Social Media Executive who can independently manage multiple client social media accounts, develop innovative content ideas, and improve brand visibility, followers, views, and engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, content planning, copywriting, and graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars with fresh, engaging, and industry-specific ideas.
- Create compelling content for posts, carousels, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Plan and execute organic growth strategies to increase followers, likes, views, reach, and engagement across social media platforms.
- Write creative captions, headlines, and engaging social media copy.
- Design professional social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Research client industries, competitors, and the latest social media trends.
- Develop innovative campaigns to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with clients, graphic designers, and video editors for timely content execution.
- Monitor social media performance, prepare reports,



and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong creative thinking, content ideation, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and positive knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Proven experience in growing social media followers, reach, views, and engagement organically.
- Experience creating content calendars and managing multiple client accounts.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
- Ability to independently handle client requirements and meet deadlines.
- Experience handling B2B or manufacturing clients will be an added advantage.
