About the Role

We are urgently hiring a Senior Site Supervisor / Resident Finishing Engineer for luxury residential bungalow and villa projects in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in high-end residential construction, site supervision, finishing work, and coordination with contractors and other project teams.

Experience working on luxury bungalows, villas, or premium residential projects is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at luxury residential project sites.
- Monitor finishing work, including flooring, marble, tiling, painting, carpentry, fixtures, and premium interior installations.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and related technical drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, designers, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor work quality and ensure execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building services with relevant teams.
- Track site progress, identify execution issues, and report delays or technical concerns.
- Ensure proper material utilization, workmanship, site discipline, and safety practices.
- Support the timely completion of project milestones while maintaining high-quality finishing standards.





Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Arch, B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site supervision or finishing experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in luxury bungalows, villas, or high-end residential construction.
- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Practical knowledge of premium finishing materials, interior execution, and construction quality control.
- Strong site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of KNX/DALI-2 smart-home automation systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings.
- Experience coordinating electrical systems, HVAC, and other building services.
- Exposure to premium interiors, luxury materials, and high-end residential specifications.

Working Schedule
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Two scheduled days off per month.

Compensation
- Monthly take-home salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000.
- Annual CTC: ₹3.84–₹6.00 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
