About the Role

Are you a forward-thinking social media powerhouse who lives on Instagram, spots trends before they go viral, and leverages cutting-edge AI tools to scale content production?

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Social Media Strategist & Team Lead to step into a leadership role at WebGuruz Technologies. You will manage and mentor our talented in-house social media team of 7 to 8 creatives (content writers, graphic designers, and video editors), while taking direct ownership of high-value client strategies and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and empower a team of 7–8 social media specialists, designers, and video editors. Review content calendars, ensure quality control, and maintain high delivery standards across all client accounts.
- Client Communication & Account Growth: Act as the primary strategy lead in client meetings. Present pitch decks, campaign performance reports, and creative concepts with authority, high energy, and transparent articulation.
- AI-Powered Strategy & Execution: Modernize our social media workflows using advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, ElevenLabs, Runway, HeyGen, etc.) for trend analysis, copywriting, visual ideation, and rapid content production.
- Instagram & Viral Content Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, Reels hooks, trending audio,



viral formats, carousels, and visual storytelling to drive organic engagement, reach, and brand loyalty.
- Data-Driven Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, engagement rates, conversion paths) using native analytics and social tools to continuously refine brand strategies.
- Cross-Channel Strategy: Oversee end-to-end organic strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok (for international clients).

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead, senior executive, or supervisory role within an agency setting.
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to integrate generative AI tools into everyday social strategy, content scripting, and asset creation workflows.
- Instagram Mastery: Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts, scripting high-converting Reels, and executing viral content strategies.
- Top-Tier Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills with high confidence for direct international client pitches, presentations, and daily syncs.
- Strategic & Creative Mindset: Ability to map out 360-degree digital campaigns that combine organic social growth with paid strategy alignment.
