Position: Senior Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior social media manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in political social media management, content strategy, campaign execution, and handling official social media pages.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media strategies for political clients and public figures.

Handle official social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.

Plan and execute daily content calendars, campaigns, reels, creatives, and special-event content.

Develop engaging Marathi and English captions, posts, scripts, and campaign messaging.

Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and on-ground teams.

Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for timely and relevant content.

Manage political campaigns and digital communication initiatives.

Track social media performance, analyse insights, and prepare regular reports.

Ensure consistent brand voice, quality, and timely publishing across platforms.

Coordinate with clients and understand their communication requirements.

Stay updated with current affairs, political developments, social media trends,



and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.

Prior experience in political campaigns / political social media is mandatory.

Excellent command of Marathi and English – both written and spoken.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.

Excellent knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.

Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients/projects.

Good understanding of political communication and digital campaigning.

Preferred

Experience working with political leaders, political parties, or election campaigns.

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, analytics, and social media reporting.

Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign performance.
