RIVA Hotels is a premium banquet, restaurant, and hotel development coming up in Supaul, Bihar on NH 327A Bypass. The project includes a 10000 sq ft banquet hall, restaurant block, 10 hotel rooms, landscaped lawns, and full MEP infrastructure. Total construction timeline: 15 months.

You will be the owner’s technical representative on site — the single point of accountability for day-to-day execution quality, drawing compliance, and contractor oversight

.Key Responsibilities

- Experience with M30/M40 Concrete and long span halls.
- Daily site supervision and progress monitoring against approved drawings
- Photo and video progress report submitted to owner by 6pm daily
- Verify material receipts against approved BOQ before acceptance




- Check contractor work quality at each stage before next stage begins
- Flag drawing vs execution mismatches immediately
- Coordinate with civil, interior, MEP, and façade contractors on site
- Maintain snag list and ensure closure before payment certification
- Support owner in contractor bill verification

Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
