Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily site activities and overall site operations.
- Plan and monitor project execution as per timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise and manage site staff, workers, and contractors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues or delays.
- Resolve site-related operational and technical issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and inventory at the site.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure the site is maintained in an organized and professional manner.

Requirements





- 5+ years of relevant experience in site/project management, preferably in real estate, construction.
- Robust site supervision and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of construction/site operations and safety practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting/documentation.
