Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience who can take charge of our organic marketing. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with a chance to own our organic efforts and work with our marketing team members. You’ll work closely with content, design and tech teams, and play a key role in shaping our digital presence and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, technical SEO, along with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Guide and review the work of your team members.
- Conduct keyword research (including intent-based & conversational queries), competitor analysis, and technical audits.
- Optimize content for search engines + AI platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, voice search).
- Implement E-E-A-T principles (experience, expertise, authority, trust) to improve rankings and content credibility.
- Hands-on implementation: improve site architecture, internal linking, crawlability and indexing, fix on-page issues, add schema, and brief our developers where needed.
- Lead high-quality backlink acquisition for a SaaS/product-based company (guest posts,



niche edits, digital PR, authority links).
- Use AI tools, automation, and integrations to scale SEO workflows and efficiency.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build SOPs, processes, and scalable systems.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, AI search trends, and SEO innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
- Proven experience in high-quality backlink publishing for SaaS/product-based companies.
- Strong understanding of modern SEO, AEO, GEO, and E-E-A-T frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Looker Studio.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer, Jasper) for SEO and content optimization.
- Solid grasp of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, able to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with automation tools/APIs (Zapier, etc.).
- Good to have: prior experience leading or mentoring a team.
