Position: Senior Sales Officer (SSO)/ Sales Officer

Location: Gujarat – Rajkot, Panchmahal, Vadodara, Godhra, Surendranagar, Junagadh, and Bhavnagar

Industry Preference: Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices, or FMCG Food Industry

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and expand the distributor and retailer network across assigned territories..
- Manage distributor relationships, monitor ROI, ensure timely collections, and execute trade promotions..
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives..
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide actionable market insights..
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing teams to ensure product availability and improve market visibility..
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market penetration across assigned areas..





Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification; MBA preferred..
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices, or the FMCG Food Industry..
- Strong knowledge of Gujarat's markets, particularly the assigned territories..
- Must be willing to travel across Rajkot, Panchmahal, Vadodara, Godhra, Surendranagar, Junagadh, and Bhavnagar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, team management, and relationship-building skills..
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage distributor networks effectively..
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territories..

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
