About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead HSRP sales and business development activities across PAN India. Candidate should be a target-driven sales professional with min 7 years to 10 years of experience, preferably in the HSRP/automotive/government/institutional sales sector, with a proven track record of developing current markets, managing dealer networks, building strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
2. Develop and maintain relationships with State Transport Departments, RTOs, government authorities, OEMs, automobile dealers, and institutional customers.
3. Dealer & Channel Network Development
4. Team Management
5.



Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India
6. Ability to build relationships with OEMs, dealers, institutional customers and government officials.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Revenue and business growth
- Dealer/channel network development
- Government and institutional business generation
- Customer retention and satisfaction

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Min 7years to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in HSRP, automotive, automobile components, vehicle registration, government projects, e-governance, or related industries will be preferred.
- Experience in government/institutional sales, tender business, or dealer/channel management will be an advantage.
