The Gallaria Of Jewels is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online sales inquiries, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

The candidate will interact with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, social media, and other online platforms to understand their requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales follow-ups, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

We offer a flexible working arrangement, allowing candidates to work from home or from our office. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can manage their work independently, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the growth of our online jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, social media, and other online platforms.
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert sales inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Provide accurate information about jewellery designs, diamonds, gold purity, pricing, customization options, and product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage customer inquiries, lead details, follow-up schedules, and sales records.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from the initial inquiry to order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding product details, pricing, customization requests, and order updates.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and improving online sales performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, politely, and professionally.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and online sales processes.
- Ability to follow up consistently and convert potential leads into customers.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively while working remotely or from the office.
- Previous experience in online sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
- Knowledge of jewellery,



diamonds, or the retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
