Looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Development Representative to engage with inbound leads and help them navigate the complexities of health and life insurance. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding unique customer needs and recommending tailored solutions backed by Indias top insurers. This role is ideal for a consultative salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

- Advisory & Sales: Engage with qualified inbound leads to understand their insurance requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Consultative Selling: Educate prospects on various health and life insurance options, assisting them in comparing plans and selecting the most suitable products.
- Product Expertise: Build and maintain deep product knowledge across multiple insurance providers to offer unbiased, high-quality advice.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a seamless advisory experience rooted in trust, clarity, and empathy.
- Operations & CRM:



Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for the customer.
- Strategic Feedback: Share insights with the Product and Marketing teams to help refine lead quality and improve the sales funnel.

Youll Thrive Here If You Have

- 13 years in B2C sales, Finance, Insurance Advisory, or a high-growth startup environment
- A solid understanding of health and life insurance products is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for consultative selling.
- A customer-first approach characterized by empathy and the ability to simplify complex financial products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM software is a plus.
