Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and ensuring an excellent customer buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicle sales.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital enquiries, and outbound calls.
- Convert prospective customers into confirmed bookings and retail sales.
- Follow up with customers regularly to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of deals.

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

3. Product Knowledge & Demonstration





- Possess thorough knowledge of vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and variants.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Explain vehicle financing, insurance, accessories, exchange offers, and promotional schemes.
- Keep updated on recent launches, competitor products, and market trends.

4. Sales Process & Documentation

- Ensure accurate preparation and completion of booking forms and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Follow up on payments, loan approvals, vehicle registration, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely and professional vehicle delivery to customers.

5. Reporting & Team Coordination

- Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and lead follow-up records.
- Update customer enquiries and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team Leader and General Manager – Sales to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
