Role Description The Senior Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving in-store revenue and delivering a high-touch, personalized customer experience. This role involves engaging customers on the shop floor, understanding their preferences and stories, and guiding them through QWEEN’s self-discovery jewellery experience.

The Senior Sales

Associate will manage the sales cycle from greeting and product discovery to closing sales and post-purchase follow-up, while maintaining visual merchandising standards and product displays. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, demonstrating product features,



managing billing and inventory-related coordination, and capturing feedback to improve store performance. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, supporting store operations, and collaborating with management to meet sales targets and uphold QWEEN’s brand values.

Qualifications

- Strong retail sales and customer engagement skills, with experience in premium or luxury products.
- Proficiency in relationship-building, client servicing, and consultative selling to create personalized buying experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and translate customer needs into product recommendations.
- Basic comfort with POS systems, billing processes, and inventory coordination within a store environment.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising, product presentation, and store hygiene and organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting, managing multiple interactions professionally.
- Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail is highly beneficial.
- Ability to mentor and support junior sales associates, contributing to a cooperative and inclusive team culture.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
- Relevant educational background in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when balanced by strong experience.
