- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team.

- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all operational areas.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

- Assist in the training and development of new stewarding staff.

- Collaborate with other departments to support overall operations.

- Ensure all kitchen and dining equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.

- Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring the dining environment is consistently clean and well-maintained.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with different departments.

- Fill in for absent staff members when necessary,



assisting with basic cleaning tasks and ensuring a proper dining experience for guests.

- Exceptional ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and schedules.

- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to maintain efficient operations.
