About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Relationship Managers / Team Leaders. Candidates should have strong sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Work towards achieving sales targets.
- Assist with customer negotiations and sales closures.
- Train and guide team members to improve performance.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.

Qualification and Experience




- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in new car sales.
- Previous experience managing a sales team is required.
- Good communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage and guide a team of five sales executives.

Salary and Advantages
- Monthly salary of up to ₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
