We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer to independently handle final bill preparation, quantity reconciliation, and final account closure for our civil construction works at the 2 × 660 MW Ennore Thermal Power Plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently prepare and finalize project bills, including reconciliation of previous RA bills.
- Verify executed quantities against BOQ, drawings, site measurements, and contract conditions.
- Prepare final measurement statements, BBS, and reinforcement steel reconciliation.
- Identify and substantiate extra items, variations, deductions, recoveries, and contractual claims.
- Coordinate with BHEL/client engineers for measurement verification, bill certification, and final settlement.
- Maintain complete billing records and final account documentation.

Candidate Requirements





- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant civil quantity surveying and billing experience.
- Prior experience in BHEL thermal power plant projects or similar large-scale industrial/EPC projects strongly preferred.
- Proven experience independently preparing final bills and obtaining client certification.
- Proficiency in BOQ, RA billing, BBS, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Ennore project site.
- Immediate joiners only.
