About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive quality assurance initiatives for a mission-critical Payment Clearing Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payment processing, transaction systems, financial messaging standards, and automation testing, along with exposure to contemporary AI-driven testing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Payment Validation
- Validate end-to-end payment clearing and settlement cycles.
- Test financial message formats including ISO 20022, SWIFT, and payment transaction flows.
- Verify reconciliation processes, settlement rules, exception handling, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Test Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Build robust regression suites covering APIs, UI, and backend payment workflows.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
- AI-Driven Quality Engineering
- Leverage AI-enabled testing techniques including:

- Autonomous test generation
- Self-healing test scripts

- Predictive defect analytics

- Intelligent test optimization

- Test Data Management
- Create and maintain synthetic,



compliance-safe financial test data.
- Support testing of high-volume payment, clearing, and reconciliation scenarios.
- API & Integration Testing
- Validate REST/SOAP APIs and message-based integrations.
- Perform end-to-end testing across payment gateways, settlement engines, and downstream systems.

- Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in requirement reviews, defect triage, and release planning activities.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Experience testing Payments, Clearing, Settlement, Banking, FinTech, or Transaction Processing Systems.

- Strong knowledge of

- ISO 20022

- SWIFT messaging
- Payment clearing and settlement processes

- Reconciliation workflows
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:

- Selenium

- Playwright

- Cypress

- Rest Assured
- Strong API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Positive understanding of SQL and database validation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
