Role & responsibilities :

- Should provide technical leadership.

- Make sure that quality is maintained in the deliveries.

- Make sure system have no blockers and if any provide solution.

- Help in providing system design, high level estimates etc.

- Come up with proper coding standards and make sure that team is aligned to it.

- Stakeholder communication.

- Participate in org level initiatives

Must Haves:

- He should have strong hands-on experience in Python and Python frameworks.

- Must have worked on Kafka or should have good hands-on experience on viz. FMQ, RabbitMQ

- Must have experience in production support, usage of various monitoring tools, viz. Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus

- Knowledge and work experience in Performance optimization and scalability

- Possess robust OOPs concepts.

- Must have carried out Alerting within the application

- Must have experience on caching mechanism

- Should have knowledge on AI-DLC or usage of AI using prompts.
