We are expanding our ERP delivery capabilities and looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Odoo ERP to lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Odoo ERP projects from initial requirement gathering through implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Odoo, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple projects, leading functional and technical teams, and communicating directly with clients, including international clients.

Planning &

• Delivery

- Manage the complete project lifecycle, from requirement analysis and project planning to implementation, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and budget.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage multiple Odoo projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.

2. Odoo Functional & • Technical Coordination

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Odoo modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Oversee Odoo implementation and customization across modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, and other relevant business applications.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Evaluate business requirements and identify opportunities to use standard Odoo functionality before recommending customization.
- Review functional specifications, business requirement documents, solution designs, and technical deliverables.
- Ensure appropriate testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and deployment procedures.

3. Client & • Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.




- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, project reviews, demonstrations, and progress meetings.
- Manage client expectations, scope changes, escalations, and project approvals.
- Translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications and actionable tasks for the delivery team.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services and long-term engagement.

4. Team Leadership & • Coordination

- Lead and coordinate Odoo functional consultants, developers, QA engineers, and other project team members.
- Assign responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure accountability for assigned deliverables.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
- Coordinate with internal management on resource allocation, recruitment requirements, and delivery capacity.

• Quality Assurance

- Prepare and maintain project plans, BRDs, SRS documents, functional specifications, risk registers, and status reports.
- Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and approval procedures.
- Ensure proper testing, documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer before go-live.
- Monitor project quality and ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
- Track post-go-live issues and ensure timely resolution through structured support processes.

6. Business & • Delivery Management

- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, delivery costs, and profitability.
- Support estimation, proposal preparation, presales discussions, and solution presentations.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency and standardize implementation methodologies.
- Support the development of long-term client relationships across India and GCC markets, particularly the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate with the management team to align project delivery with the company’s growth objectives.

Required Skills & • Qualifications

- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in ERP implementation or IT project management, with substantial hands-on experience in Odoo projects.
- Proven experience managing complete Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
- Strong functional understanding of Odoo modules, business workflows, and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Experience managing functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and other technical resources.




- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong capabilities in project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
- Experience handling multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing Odoo Enterprise and Community implementations.
- Experience with Odoo versions 15, 16, 17, 18, or later, as relevant to project requirements.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other GCC countries.
- Exposure to accounting, inventory, manufacturing, trading, distribution, or service-sector business processes.
- Experience with ERP integrations, data migration, custom module development, and third-party applications.
- Odoo functional or technical certification.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience in ERP consulting, presales, project estimation, and client-facing solution presentations.
