Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and ZLD projects.

- Review client enquiries, tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements.

- Perform process calculations, equipment selection, and preliminary system design.

- Prepare cost estimations, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), BOM (Bill of Materials), and budgetary quotations.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and suppliers for equipment and materials.

- Prepare technical datasheets, equipment specifications, and compliance statements.

- Coordinate with design, purchase, project, and business development teams.

- Ensure proposals comply with client specifications, tender requirements, and applicable standards.

- Follow up with clients and vendors to clarify technical and commercial requirements.

- Support the business development team during client meetings, technical discussions,



and negotiations.

- Maintain proposal records, costing sheets, and vendor databases.

- Ensure proposals are submitted within the specified deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and ZLD technologies.

- Experience in technical proposal preparation and project costing.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of BOQ, BOM, equipment sizing, and vendor coordination.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
