Role Description The Senior Project Engineer – Civil role at ANPCPMC is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves leading and coordinating civil engineering activities on construction projects, including reviewing designs and drawings, monitoring site execution, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Project

Engineer will plan and track project progress, support scheduling and resource allocation, and collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues promptly. Day-to-day responsibilities include site inspections,



quality control of civil works, documentation of project stages, and preparation of technical reports and updates for stakeholders. The position also requires mentoring junior engineers, supporting risk mitigation efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Civil Project Management skills, with proven experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Candidates should possess Project Planning and scheduling skills, including familiarity with project tracking tools and resource management.
- Candidates should possess explicit and effective Communication skills for coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a working understanding of Electrical Engineering interfaces relevant to civil works coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering (or closely related discipline) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in construction project management consulting or similar environments, with solid knowledge of industry standards, quality control, and safety practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes, and to conduct site inspections and technical audits.
- Proficiency in common engineering and project management software tools; familiarity with MS Office and relevant CAD or scheduling applications.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with capacity to mentor junior team members.
