Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a results-driven Senior People Operations Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
- Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.
- Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
- Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
