Senior Operations Consultant

Experience: 7–9 Years

Stratefix Professional Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Consultant to support operational improvement projects, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive operational excellence across client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and recommend effective solutions.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare monthly project plans and review reports.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop SOPs, process flows, skill matrices, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with management, shop-floor teams, and clients.
- Support ERP/SAP/CRM implementation and process improvements.
- Guide junior team members and ensure timely project execution.

Requirements

- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,



BE/B.Tech, or MBA.
- 7–9 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or consulting.
- Knowledge of 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, SOPs, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
