Role Description The Senior Officer role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division.

The Senior

Officer will oversee daily operational activities related to medical device manufacturing, including coordinating production schedules, monitoring compliance with GMP and ISO standards, and supporting quality assurance processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality,



and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The Senior

Officer will assist in documenting processes, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and distribution. The position may also include liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to support efficient operations and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and process coordination within a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 standards and experience supporting compliance and quality assurance activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with local languages used in Pune is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field; experience in medical devices or healthcare manufacturing is preferred.

- Comfort with on-site work in a manufacturing environment and readiness to adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
