· Monitor network availability, performance, and reliability across enterprise environments.

· Provide Level-3 support for complex network incidents, changes, and problems.

· Configure, install, troubleshoot, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless, and data center network components.

· Plan, design, and execute IT changes and network projects with proper documentation and governance.

· Perform trend analysis, identify potential network problems, and drive proactive remediation.

· Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.

· Ensure accurate incident, change, and problem records using standard ITSM processes.

Requirements

· Solid understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, LACP, RSTP, IGMP, QoS, and routing protocols including BGP.

· Hands-on experience with enterprise LAN,



WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, and data center network environments.

· Experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS, F5 Load Balancers, ASA, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, and multi-vendor Wi-Fi platforms such as Cisco and Juniper Mist.

· Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using monitoring tools and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.

· Good knowledge of incident, change, and problem management practices.

Experience with F5 LTM, web application firewalls, RADIUS, IPVPN technologies such as GRE/IPsec, and network automation or scripting using Python and ansible.

· Knowledge of ITIL framework and relevant networking certifications will be an added advantage.
