Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Mutual Funds Trainer to train and mentor our Relationship Managers on mutual fund products, investment concepts, and effective client advisory and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on mutual funds, SIPs, asset allocation, and investment products.
- Train Relationship Managers in mutual fund sales, client handling, and HNI client advisory.
- Explain market trends, investment strategies, and product suitability.
- Develop training materials and assess employee learning and performance.
- Keep the team updated on mutual fund industry developments and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements :

- Robust knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, and the Indian financial services industry.
- Prior experience in mutual fund training, BFSI training, or investment advisory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- NISM certification preferred.
- Ability to mentor and develop Relationship Managers using practical industry experience.
