Role Overview As Senior Merchandiser, you'll own the journey of every Knya product from approved design to finished goods in our warehouse.

You'll work closely with our design, planning and supply chain teams and manage our network of manufacturing partners to make sure the right product lands at the right cost, quality and time.

We sell across our website, app, marketplaces, 30+ retail stores and a fast-growing B2B business, and we're adding new categories. This role sits at the centre of all of it. You'll run the day to day and also help us build the systems that let us scale.

Key Responsibilities Product Development & Sampling Take approved designs into development. Brief factories, chase proto, fit and PP samples, and close tech packs and specs.

Source and develop fabrics, trims and accessories that meet our standards for comfort, durability and performance.

Run fit and wear-trial feedback loops with design so every style is right before it goes into bulk.

Costing & Vendor Management Own product costing. Negotiate FOB, MOQs and lead times with vendors and protect target margins.





Manage relationships across our factory partners. Track capacity, performance and on-time delivery. Identify and onboard new vendors as we scale volumes and launch new categories.

Production & Delivery Build and run Time and Action calendars for every order. Flag delays early and fix them before they hit launch dates. Coordinate fabric booking, cutting, production and dispatch so bulk lands on time and in full.

Handle bulk and repeat orders for D2C, retail and B2B, including custom and institutional orders.

Drive inline and final inspections with the QC team. Track defects, returns and customer feedback, and work with factories on root cause and corrective action.

Systems & Team Keep order, costing and production trackers clean and up to date so leadership always has an accurate picture.

Partner with planning, finance and warehouse teams on open-to-buy, inventory and receivables. Guide and mentor junior merchandisers and help us build the merchandising function as it grows.

Must Haves 5 to 8 years of apparel merchandising experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Hands-on experience managing production with multiple domestic factories, from sampling to bulk.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fits and trims, ideally in knits and woven bottoms and tops.

Solid costing and negotiation skills. You know what a garment should cost and why. Proven track record of running T&A; calendars and delivering on time and in full.

Solid Excel skills and the habit of keeping data clean and reliable. Comfortable travelling to vendor and factory locations as needed.

Good to Have Experience in uniforms, workwear, athleisure or performance apparel. Background in a D2C or fast-growing consumer brand.

Exposure to footwear or accessories sourcing. Experience with B2B or institutional bulk orders.

Familiarity with ERP or PLM tools for order and production tracking.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
