Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate construction site activities with contractors, designers, and stakeholders.

- Plan and monitor budgeting, estimation, scheduling, execution, quality, and documentation.

- Handle RCC, structural fabrication, PEB, flooring, painting, foundation, piping/plumbing, partition, sheeting, and related civil works.

- Conduct constructability reviews, design input, clash verification, and site inspections.

- Perform quantity surveying and vendor running bill verification.

- Ensure compliance with construction safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, and project updates.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.





- Coordinate with multiple teams/sites to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

- Maintain construction records and support audit and project completion activities.

- Use AutoCAD and relevant construction tools for project execution and coordination.

Key Requirements

- Construction/project management experience.

- Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural, and MEP construction activities.

- Experience in contractor management, quantity surveying, billing, scheduling, and cost control.

- Good understanding of construction safety, quality, and site management.

- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and construction management processes.

- Robust coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage time, cost, quality, and project milestones effectively.
