- Strive for brand building of the organization by maintaining rating quality, timely rating actions with continuous monitoring of the rated instrument, and updated market information.
- Maintain good client relationships with regular client interactions
- Ensure adoption of best practices by the rating teams by being adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on the analytical quality to improve the overall efficiency of the organization, and actively contribute towards fulfillment of the organizational goals.

Competency / Skills Analytical expertise in the mid-corporate segment including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.

Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars especially related to the credit rating segment

Good leadership and team management skills.

Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
