About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Packaging Development to lead end‑to‑end packaging innovation for food products. The role focuses on safety, shelf life, quality, compliance, and cost optimisation , while driving sustainable solutions and collaborating across R&D;, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop & optimise primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging formats
- Evaluate materials (PE, PP, PET, laminates, MAP films, trays, cartons)
- Lead packaging trials, validation, and shelf‑life studies
- Drive cost optimisation through value engineering & supplier development
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards
- Champion sustainability initiatives in packaging

What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in food/FMCG packaging technology
- Hands‑on experience in vacuum packaging, MAP, thermoforming
- Proven track record in packaging trials, validation, and commercialisation
- Strong vendor management, problem‑solving, and stakeholder skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects in a rapid‑paced environment
