SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Primary Responsibilities :
Preparing and analyzing monthly KPI monitoring reports i.e. Plant capacity report and under/over absorption report.
Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with all concerned departments to find solutions. And executing them to maintain the inventory levels on continuous basis.
Co-ordination with plant for physical inventory verification to reconcile actual count with system generated reports for reporting of deviations if any.
Providing support for cost audit, internal audit and statutory audit as and when required.
Maintaining OH and activity rates in SAP on yearly basis.
Cost Run Activity – Checking and saving cost sheets for each SO in SAP after eliminating errors in coordination with concerned departments and plant.
Support in after implementation of COPA, SAP S4 HANA & POWER BI
Secondary Responsibilities
Supporting for other IT automation projects as finance SPOC
