Role Description The Senior Manager – Franchise Sales & Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective franchise partners, managing end-to-end lead generation, and driving franchise sales to meet revenue and expansion targets.

The Senior

Manager will design and implement sales strategies, oversee sales operations, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and support. The role also involves closely tracking performance metrics, optimizing sales processes, and representing Macis InfiX at meetings, events, and negotiations.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with proven experience in franchise or B2B sales.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in business development, franchise expansion, or retail networks is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with data-driven insights, use CRM tools, and manage reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace in Bengaluru, with flexibility to travel as needed.
