About the Opportunity An excellent opportunity to work with a leading European MNC in a plant maintenance leadership role. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can lead maintenance engineers, ensure equipment reliability, and drive preventive and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Oversee maintenance of production machinery, utility equipment, mixers, pulverizers, and edge band extrusion lines.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor machine performance, equipment reliability, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage critical spare parts, engineering stores, diesel stock, and purchase indents.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and plant improvement projects.
- Drive TPM, safety initiatives,



reliability improvement, and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and production team to achieve maintenance targets and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial plant.
- Practical exposure to extrusion lines, mixers, and utility equipment.
- Robust troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown management skills.
- Experience in leading maintenance engineers and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control systems, and automation.
- Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and planning capabilities.
