Job Summary

SANECRAFT PVT LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Laravel Developer with strong backend engineering skills and hands-on experience using modern AI-powered development tools.

We build scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS applications and actively use Cursor AI, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Graphite to accelerate development, improve code quality, and streamline GitHub Pull Request (PR) workflows.

We are looking for developers who can effectively leverage AI coding agents while ensuring code accuracy, security, performance, scalability, and production reliability.

Hands-on AI-assisted development experience and GitHub PR workflow knowledge are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs.
- Use Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot for feature development, debugging, refactoring, and testing.
- Apply agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and context engineering for codebase analysis, implementation planning, and development automation.
- Optimize database queries, APIs, Redis caching, background jobs, and application performance.
- Identify and resolve N+1 queries, memory issues, race conditions, deadlocks, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
- Manage GitHub Pull Requests, including branching, commits, code reviews, resolving comments, and safe merging.
- Use Graphite or similar AI-powered PR review tools to identify bugs, regressions, and code quality issues.
- Review and validate AI-generated code through appropriate testing and technical verification.
- Understand complete application workflows and assess the impact of changes across modules.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers,



and product teams to deliver reliable, production-ready features.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of skilled experience in Laravel and PHP development.
- Strong knowledge of Laravel, PHP, MVC, REST APIs, Eloquent ORM, and MySQL.
- Practical experience with at least one AI coding tool: Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong proficiency in Git and GitHub PR workflows, including code reviews, merge conflicts, and resolving review feedback.
- Understanding of AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and agentic coding workflows.
- Experience with MySQL optimization, indexing, transactions, Redis, caching, and Laravel queues.
- Knowledge of secure coding, error handling, debugging, and application performance optimization.
- Experience with unit testing, feature testing, and API testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, code ownership, and independent development capabilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Graphite AI Code Review or similar automated PR review tools.
- Familiarity with custom AI agents, MCP, reusable AI skills, and automated code auditing.
- Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, and production deployments.
- Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, microservices, and large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with React.js, JavaScript, or modern frontend technologies.
